Birthday party is in 2 hours and I just realized all the recipes I have are either chocolate or milky. I'd rather not use a milk substitute either (soy milk, coffee creamer, etc)
Please help!

Would the cake work with a lemon glaze?
1 c. powdered sugar
1tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. honey or corn syrup
1Tbsp. hot water
Or just start with powdered sugar and lemon juice, and adjust amounts til you get desired consistency/concentration

It needs to be white, so coffee won't do. Maybe lemon... or maybe the same recipe without the lemon...thanks

One tb oil
Best and easiest recipe. Make sure its mixed well and consistensy is right before pouring on the cake.
