Does anyone have a number or someone that can help me deal with an issue that my family member is dealing with? They are having a hard time getting in touch with anyone from רשות מקרקעי ישראל. The only correspondence has bee through mail. Very slow in communicating.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I just copied and pasted the name of the organization from your message into Google and found their website. Here's their contact page.
http://land.gov.il/Pages/ktov_lanu.aspx
In case you can't read that for some reason, they list two phone numbers, *5575 which should work in Israel and 03-9533333 which you should be able to call from anywhere. If you can view the page, there's also a link to a chat feature which works between 8AM and 7PM Sunday through Thursday and 8AM to noon on Friday.
