I’m bored of my current challah recipe. Looking for a new recipe. Looking for something soft with a yummy soft crust. I prefer with dry yeast cause I have a big jar of it

1. For softer crust use no sugar on coating, only eggs..
2. Also you can keep pan of water in oven during baking.
3. Cover with large plastic while still hot. Alternately, wrap in bags while semi warm and freeze right away
