I sent a package to Israel and my family never got it. Who do I call to inquire about it?

Mail can take a horrendously long time to arrive in Israel. You can suggest they go to their package pickup location and ask if it's possible something arrived for them but they never received a notice.

Sending items not tracked to Israel it’s really just a waiting game. They can keep checking with the post office but it could take a really long time to come or “get lost in transit”
Postal service in Israel is TERRIBLE!!

You need to allow at least a month. Its the internal post office service in Israel that takes the time.

Sent a package recently via USPS and it took over a month to arrive. Recipient got a notice to pick it up at a certain address, it wasn't there and they were directed a few more times to other locations until it was finally located in the back of a dollar store!
