I am going to visit DHs grandparents in W. Palm Beach, FL in January. They are not frum. Where can we buy kosher food, especially chalav yisrael products? Are there any places to get take-out from? What are some fun activities to do with little kids?
I don't think I'll be staying for shabbos, so that won't be an issue.

I have grandparents in Boynton Beach- 5 minutes from WPB. I visit there every year in the winter. There are a number of restaurants and kosher grocery stores. In Delray Beach- about 10-15 minute drive there is a grocery store named Glick's with Cholov Yisroel milk, cheese, deli, meats etc and many NY food brands. Also check out Boca Raton about a 20 minute drive from WPB- great restaurants such as Cafe Eilat, Chinese, Kosher bakeries and additional grocery stores. Enjoy. PM me if you have any more questions.

check out shamash.org for a listing of Kosher places. That's what we used when we went to Florida.

I go to that area a lot . West palm beach is right near Boca. There is a big kosher supermarket in Boca which sells chalav yisroel food, groceries, and ALL types of takeout food (I.e. for shabbos). The cooked food is refrigerated. Not hot. But a lot of optins are available.
There is a pizza store called Jon's Place- good pizza, some salads and dairy pasta dishes. There is a dairy restaurant called Boca Tov. I assume its chalav yisroel. There is a fleishig restaurant called Grill TIme. YUMM.
There is a popcorn store with all fancy kinds of popcorn (gourmet). There is a frozen yogurt/ice cream store, and I assume its chalav yisroel but im not positive.
If u need more details about the addresses I can get it for u but I dont know it offhand.
