What is pulled beef served with?

I made pulled beef this morning. Quick. What do I serve it with?

I was thinking buns or tacos, what else is the side dish?

Classicly served with side of guacamole and pico de gallo (tomatoes, scallions, salt, oepper, lime or lemon juice)
Also goid with fries, cole slaw etc

I love shredded beef buns. Served over open kaiser rolls or baguettes with caramelized onions/mushroom/pepper.

Definitely buns. For a veg, you can do some sort of slaw, corn on the cob (if you are in the camp that subscribes to its vegetable status), the guac suggestion above, or even just pickles.

I made pizza with it using the Pas ready rectangle dough.

I also fry them in spring rolls.

Or fill in those mini taco shells.

This is so delicious! I love doing it every year. A little apple sauce and cartelized onions and it's perfect!

My favorite is serving it over mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes with a side of braised purple cabbage (blaukraut) or steamed broccoli.

What kind of meat do I use for pulled beef? Would like to serve with latkes.I do not have a slow cooker so fo I cook meat on top of stove or in oven?

Second cut brisket is fine. Usually oven recommended over stove top
