So I just bought a stroller in America (bc of the fantastic deal I got) and I need it brought to E"Y. My mother said she will bring it over when she flies here however I'm concerned about the procedures airlines have to bring it. Has anyone done this before and can share their experience please? Did you keep the stroller in the box or take it out, did you have to pay, etc? TIA

If you are traveling with a baby it’s free. Otherwise I’d ask the airline. Each has there own policies.
Definitely keep it in the box if you have it- it will keep it in the best condition.

If it's new in the box you will have to pay customs on it

Just wanted to confirm- my parents brought me a stroller in the box, and they had to pay, and I believe the woman said that they have to pay because it's in a box. I guess that was Customs, not sure, and I don't recall how much. They also had to pay for an extra piece of luggage I think, since there was no child inside. But could be I'm confused and both of those were the same fee.
