Mayim Bialik is frum?!?!

So to make a long story short, I, an avid fan of The Big Bang Theory just discovered that Mayim Bialik (Amy) is frum. (I know frum is subjective here, but besides for a couple of things she more or less keeps basic Halacha, though we could argue about that later)
I am so shocked. Did you guys know this?!?!

Yes.
What amazed me more is that she has a PhD in something like neurobiology.

Shes Jewish but definitely not frum. A frum women does not act in a TV show and movies. A frum women does not go dressed like a secular/non Jewish women. One can not know shes Jewish based on how she looks.

She keeps shabbos, kosher, Taharas hamishpacha. That makes her frum.

I’d feel comfortable making the assumption that you’re not frum actually. A frum woman does not speak loshon hora.

She appears to be somewhere about left modern orthodox. If thats not frum to you then lots of imamothers arent frum either.

coral amother- I believe most people consider frum as shabbos, kashrus and taharas hamishpach, she may not be your "Derech" but I'm pretty sure she is "frum"

Why does it bother you if ppl call her frum? Does her acting or not covering the collarbone/till the wrists reflect on you being "frum"?

I remember years ago when I used to watch the show I didn't know her name and I'd refer to her as the "tznius girl". She always wore a shell under everything and it made her look frum. Then I found out she actually is frum and I had a good laugh.

Granted, she may not be shomer negia. Not saying it’s okat. But that doesn’t make her not frum— I know plenty of people with long beards who break Halacha in the name of parnassa and no one argues that they aren’t frum.

I'm not sure why, but in my mind she's the same kind of frum as Ivanka Trump. I could be totally off here but given the lifestyles they lead I admire them for adhering to whatever they can.
