My baby seems to have an ear infection and im here for a visit. Anyone knows if Mr Drop is being sold here? Or anything I can give my baby?

In my experience drs here rarely treat ear infections. Unless it's very bad, my top pediatrician recommends giving children's painkillers around the clock. (Here it's called nurofen).
You can look in a newcomers guide there are so me drs listed who see visitors.
You can also try a health food store, they might have some sort of drops, I know they make something with olive oil and garlic.
