Sorry, didn't have a chance to get the recipe until now.
saute 6 big onions until turns brown... no oil... takes a very long time
once dark add
3 TBSP xylitol
2 TBSP salt
5 TBSP onion soup mix
Mix until a little thick
add 12 cups of water
cook medium flame covered for an hour
I make this soup for Wed & Thurs.

I don't know, but I've been making soupls with onion soup mix & chicken consomme the whole time I've been on the diet.

No, it's full of non allowed ingredients (though people may not be strict).
