1. Freeze canned fruit ( peaches, pears). Blend/ process then refreeze. You can blend again for better texture but I rarely bother.
2. Blend frozen mango, peaches, or strawberries with some orange juice. I add sugar to taste but Splenda would probably work. I prepare and freeze a layer of mango ices, then top with a layer of strawberry.
3. Jello ices is low-fat but high sugar, and I think substituting artificial sweeteners would affect the texture. If you want the recipe anyway I'd be happy to post.
