Looking to vacation somewhere other than Miami or Orlando. Somewhere we can get around with for the most part without a car and an area with kosher restaurants.

LA, Palm Springs, San Diago, Cancun, Arizona. It's very hard to find somewhere where you can get around without a car.

You don't want restaurants?

We're heading down to Key West. Only two options for kosher restaurants. There's a Publix that has some kosher things. It's very quiet and low-key. It's our second time going and beats Miami and Orlando if you just want a slow-paced vacation without the hustle and bustle.
ETA: Oops! I see you do want a variety of restaurant choices. So Key West may not be the place lol. Sorry!

No car is going to be really limiting. Is Uber an option? Maybe look into LA, which has lots of kosher options in a fairly compact area.
