Hi! I'm looking for help with ideas for an indoor day date (not a first date) in the passaic area for new years day. We're not really familiar with the area so any information helps.

Keep in mind that everything will be crowded.
Bogota mini golf, can be combined with eating in Teaneck or Starbucks/Barnes and Noble at the Shops at Riverside on Route 4.
Dave n Busters at Willowbrook mall (not my favorite it's very loud)
Palisades mall - just walking around or bowling, also dave and busters
There are also craft places if that interests them like painting at doin dishes or Glassworks in Morristown.
If they're interested in going to the city, Gullivers gate is good for a date.

Def stay away from the city, gets super crowded
