Sunday adults didn't eat home.

Kids had a hodge podge.

melba toast with avocado/egg salad.
Cut up veg. chic peas.
pasta. Onion kugel. Challah/apple kugel. Compote.

Yesterday.
Adults also didn't eat home.
Kids had leftover pasta.
Tomato soup with nukelech.
brown rice. sauteed peas.

Corn starch

Saute beef cubes with steak spice. Remove. Saute onions and garlic. Add about 2 tablespoons tomato paste early on before onions soften. Add spices. Add soy sauce, red hot sauce, add peppers. Add some cornstarch to water. Stir then add. Cook 20 to 30 minutes.

Cook speghetti separate.

Serve together.

DH was raving about this yesterday, saying it is better than usual. Remember this is a childhood favorite. The only thing I did in a different order is the peppers got added late because I was rushing. I don't know if that's the difference.

When I make it for the kids, I turn down the heat. DH loves spicy. Maybe that's the difference. IDK.
