It's my day off so I'm cooking a thali, mixed dishes. Mushroom dosa, Chicken jalfrezi, moth daal, (pronounced moat, we're not eating moths!) Saag aloo ( spinach and potato curry) raita and chapatis. Home made gulab jamin and ice cream for dessert. Followed by a couple of vodkas Very Happy Cheers

Come over! All are welcome Raisin My husband is Ashkenazi so I force myself to drink vodka for him lol. Actually I love it! He likes whisky more. Gin is all the rage at the moment but I don't like it, I've tried all the flavours but just can't find one I like.

Oh wow! After reading this, I definitely don’t feel like sharing what dinner was tonight lol
(Pita filled with whatever everyone wanted, simple fruit salad)

Mushroom chicken and butternut squash soup (its actually butternut squash, sweet potatoe, carrot, red pepper, apple, maybe some other vegetables I forgot about. We call it orange soup!)
