1- asking myself "Hashem, what's mmy tachlis in this situation? What are you expecting from me in this situation?" Quietly think deep about it.
2- slow relaxing music
3- downloading "the Emett Example" and doing this practice regularly
4- stay quiet in the face of adversity
5- know that everything iis for the best for us even if the good is not visible in the moment. סוף טוב הכל טוב
6- the accumulation of enough difficulty results iin a strong person.

Living in the moment.
I don't say Bh yom yom, I say Bh Rega Rega!

It said, why are people breaking apart or falling into depression if Hashem gives everyone only what they can handle?
When you start thinking about the future, how am I gonna manage or what's going to be, that's when you can fall apart. If you take minute by minute, now, this moment I'm ok, then you can handle the situation and live without much stress.

I just reread my own post and it makes me cry. The amount of suffering it reminds me of is intense. Every suggestion refers to something different or a combination of situations. Oh my!!! What this means to me. OP, I sure hope it's not aaaaas bad.
Hatslucha ivrucha in your journey and may you see the light fast.

Chocolate can work for some. I mean self indulgence, self care. Whatever it means for you. No one will do it for you.
Can mean massage, manicure, eating out, window shopping or therapy shopping! Yup, fargin yourself something that will make you happy. For me it means going into a target type of store and splurging $30-$50 on myself.
Sit down and think what will make you happy. What's your hobby, go for it once in a while.

Writing therapy. Write down all your pain in details (cry over it), send it up to Hashem (tear it up, throw it out).
It works!!!
