Here we go, husband has depression and npd. He doesn't always take his meds and very difficult to live with. One child with autism and behavioral difficulties in a special ed school and crazy expenses that aren't covered. Another child with severe learning disabilities. I always ask why does everything in my lie have to be bad. Why can't I have had a normal husband or at least easy children? This is what gd wants for me and I'm dealing with it one day at a time

I'm so sorry. Please PM me - I have an severely autistic child, too. One day at a time!

I don't know if this will help any of you, but I heard this on the speech given by Rabbanit Yemima Mizrachi at the Emunah day (you can watch it here but you may have to sign up for an account.

The whole talk is very worth hearing but at the end she calls up a woman who lost her son (I didn't get the whole story but possibly he was a chayal). Anyhow the woman says she learned a teaching of the Baal Shem Tov that when Hashem gives us pain, He is sharing the pain of the Shechina with us.

So much pain in the world...wish I could give everyone one big hug...I feel all your pain...
Verbally abusive father ineffectual mother, crazy brother - so no stable family of origin.
Husband verbally abusive, passive aggressive and dictatorial, but everyone thinks he's the absolute greatest.
Passive aggressive MIL who withdraws love, even to grandchildren, and has ruined sibling relationships in the family by constantly making comparisons and fostering competition.
Child thinks he is gay and is OTD.

thank you so much surrendered - that means a lot to me.

does anyone know if there would be a way that we could form an "I'll daven for you and you'll daven for me" group on this forum while still maintaining our anonymity. there are so many of us who need yeshuos and I find that there is a tremendous power in davening for someone else who needs a yeshua as well. any ideas?

Amother GREEN. My heart breaks for you, and I would like to fund your IVF, hear my story.
I was struggling with unexplained secondary infertility and was told I would need IVF as it's not happening on its own. I was just waiting for an appointment for a second opinion before I pay all this money (especially that they didn't know why) and a few days before my appointment I did a pregnancy test on day 29 just to make sure...and I was pregnant- I took 3 pregnancy tests as I could not believe.
I feel that I was ready to pay the money that I would need and BH didn't so I would love to give you the money. please PM me

I have a terrible odor coming out of my body (20+years), I can’t smell it myself-but see people in a room that I’m in covering their noses sometimes, and hear all the comments.
I have not found any doctor who has a clue about this issue. I’m resigned to the fact that I may have to live like this for the rest of my life.
I don’t work because of this issue and have to rely on government benefits-I’m sure many people think I have an easy life...

I'm sure you've tried it, but applying moisturizing body lotions and perfumes don't help solve this issue?

I heard this can be a side effect of a medical issue. Did you go for medical testing?

Nothing abnormal shows up in my blood work, I wish I did have a medical issue as crazy as that sounds.

No, it’s something internal.

I used to know a woman with such a horrible body odor. I davened in a small shul and as soon as this woman walked in the odor was so strong, unbearable...
She was overweight so I believe that she probably couldn’t keep herself clean... reach hard to reach places properly.....

I wonder if taking baths, soaking in with strong soap would help eliminate the bad smell? Unless it’s coming from the mouth...
I can’t believe that working on being super clean you would still have a bad odor. That includes:
-Only wearing freshly laundered clothing (every single garment every single day)
- bathing in a strong bubble bath every single day and wash every possible place with soap too
- getting dental work done and brushing your teeth twice a day
- Washing your linen and blanket on a weekly basis
- throw out old pillows and buy new ones
- throw out old shoes and buy a few new pairs
If after doing this for a month you still have a bad body odor, find a good doctor who is good at diagnosing...

Good luck

This seems more of a medical issue, if you Google it, you can find different factors that can cause internal odors. Hugs

There's something there, you just need a really good detective doctor to dig deep enough and long enough to find it. Functional MD's are good at this. I've read it can be related to liver or kidney toxicity. This would not show up on regular bloodwork.
