There's a weekly program, in English, called Chachmas Nashim that's supposed to be amazing and attracts as many as 500 women each week. I heard it's on Rechavia or Shaarei Chesed, but don't know exact details. Hopefully somebody else here who goes can fill them in.

I don’t know if this is your style, but I really enjoyed going to Aish Essentials drop in classes when I was in Israel for seminary. There’s a steady weekly schedule of world famous speakers, including Rabbi Gavriel Friedman, Rabbi Zelig Pliskin and Rabbi Yom Tov Glazer. Rabbi Aaron Neckameyer’s class is AMAZING.

The classes are at Aish, in the Old City.

Also, every wednesday they used to have an all day or at least all morning learning in Neve yerushalaim for married women. It was Rebetzin Heller among other very diverse speakers... It depends what you are interested in... I would call them

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but in southern Jerusalem- especially if you're interested in textual study, then you have Matan and Nishmat in the Katamon/Pat area.
The OU Center on Keren Hayesod also has English classes for women.
There is also Pardes in Talpiot, which is a more pluralistic place in terms of hashkafa. They offer lots of textual classes but I'm not sure if they have classes just for women.

I went to shiuirim in Malchus and really, really enjoyed them! Very homely atmosphere and everyone's really friendly http://www.malchus.org.il/
Also, shiuirim are *free*!
One of the rabbanim invited me for shabbat and to this day it's my fondest memory of living in Jerusalem.

There is also something called reconnect. Based in the ramat eshkol area.
Their email address, for more information, is reconnectshiurim@gmail.com.
They have many different shiurim at different times throughout the week.
Enjoy

It's at the yeshurin shul on king George.
Superb program. Three classes every Monday morning. One on novi, one on chumash, and one guest speaker. WITH A coffee/cake break!
All in English
Very diverse group of women of all ages and all levels of education.
Well worth a try!

Forgot to say that it's from 10.15 - 1.00.
Suggested donation of 25 shekel
You do NOT need to stay for all three classes. Some people pick and choose
What they enjoy although most stay
I believe they have a web site so maybe check it out. They also put the shir on line, where hundreds of women listen to it! It's very popular.

Thanks for the info, but I wasn't able to find their web page or get info about listening online. Would you be able to post a link for one or both? Thanks!
