need help preparing lunch for my husband.
he doesn't like any cheeses besides for mozzarella and doesn't want to do meat for lunch because he needs coffee. till now hes been snacking on cereal and pastries instead of eating lunch but in an attempt to loose weight I want to start preparing healthy lunches, just need ideas.. anyone?

Ww bread/ww crackers with avocado, sliced eggs, whitefish salad, lox spread, mock liver, peanut butter, tuna, eggsalad.
Any salad, Israeli salad, Caesar salad, purple cabbage salad
Diet yogurts. Fruit smoothies with low sugar fruits.
Cut up veggies. Baby carrots. Baby corn. Celery. With dip.
Low sugar fruits.
Nuts & seeds.
