Hi,
I live out of town. My son starts kindergarten (the equivalent of pre-1A) next year. I know that I'm going to have to supplement Kodesh, because the school is very behind (2-3 years) the in-town schools. What types of tapes, books, etc would you recommend? I would like to him to keep up with the Lakewood schools if possible. Moving is not an option.
Thanks

Is there a specific "in town" school that you are trying to match up with? If so, you can probably just call their school, explain your situation, and ask then if they can tell you what books they use for their students. If the kids are young enough that they don't use specific text books or course books, you can just ask them what the kids are expected to know by the end of that year, and then build a program from there.
There's an interesting article on homeschooling. Maybe some of the points there would be helpful to you?

Good luck!
