so I have started going 3-4 times a week to an hour exercise class in addition to my new food plan. I really want to lose about 40 lbs.
I am having fun at the class and really look forward to going.
The problem is that the reality is that 99% of the people in the class are much thinner than me and they are FIT. It is a yucky feeling to be the big one in the class trying to keep up.
I know that no one cares about that but me, and I am friends with some of the people that go but when I look at us all in the mirror across the room I can't help but get really embarrassed and kind of want to leave. But I don't I keep going....
