Nothing in between a 36" fridge and 64" twin fridge/freezer?

My kitchen space isnt big, and yet I dread having to go to the basement for food in the fridge or frrezer. So Im willing to give up on other things in the kitchen to have more fridge/freezer space.

Decorator recommended counter depth fridge/freezer, but Ive been hearing for years that these shallow fridges have MUCH less storage space and whoever gets counter depth, has a nicer look, without the fridge jumping out of the cabinets, but miss the loss of storage. Ive heard of people selling their counter depth fridge freezer, and replacing it with the bulkier uglier ones.

Nothing in between a 36" fridge and 64" twin fridge/freezer, besides outrageously expensive Sub Zero?

Thats what I was told at Drimmers.

Twin? As in built in full of each? Or a side by side Single unit?

Viking makes a 42 and 48 inch (expensive).
Bosch has a 30inch fridge and an 18 inch freezer.
GE has a 48 inch built in side by side unit and so does Liebherr.

Looks like Drimmers doesn’t carry all those brands or I am not understanding what you are looking for.

The Frigidaire twins need 67 1/8" width.

There are a few 42" and 48" fridges out there. Not just Sub-Zero. But they don't come cheap: https://www.ajmadison.com/b.ph.....63435

A less space-hogging alternative would be to simply put 2 regular fridges next to each other, mirror image. Be sure to pay attention to side clearances. For example, 2 of these: https://www.ajmadison.com/cgi-......html
Note: I have no idea whether this fridge has Shabbos issues.

Of all of the ones I can choose from, which are the most reliable as needing least repairs?

I have a Kenmore now thats not counter depth, but working steadily.

I design kitchens but I'm not a repairman!

Kenmore is not a manufacturer. It's just Sears's imprimatur. A Kenmore fridge could be LG or Whirlpool or GE... Here's a link to an article on how to ID the manufacturer of your Kenmore fridge: https://dengarden.com/applianc.....iance
