If your baby is suffering from reflux, get him relief through medication.

Try to keep your baby as upright as possible when nursing. The reality is your baby will probably just have to eat less at a time but eat more often. Keep your baby upright after eating.
Try to make sure you nurse completely on each side before switching to the next (I always struggled with knowing exactly when that is). The milk towards the end is fattier and less watery so will keep your baby more satisfied.
FYI my baby had bad wheezing for a while and it took some time for the Dr. to figure out why. It ended up being because she had reflux. The nebulizer won't help in this case.
