It needs to be easy, inexpensive and fleishig or pareve.
I just realized that since I have it I should use it!
It’s basically a large round glass/Pyrex pan with a well fitting lid. I think it holds about 5qts.
I’ll take any recipes and links.
I’m really looking for weekday recipes. (I’ll take any though!)

A glass pyrex is not a dutch oven, its a covered casserole. You cannot make the same things and it does not cook the same.
