I have plain bookshelves as sefarim shranks. Any ideas of what do put on top (between the ceiling and top of shelves) to accent? Thanks

I love the empty look.
But we've put paintings on stands or a nice standing clock before.

the shelves are all full. I'm talking about the area on top of the bookcase. There is a sizable gap to the ceiling and they are not decorative shelves but plain ones so I thought of putting something nice up there just don't know what
