Blueberry Crumb Cake

3 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tap baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz marg (yes, green, marg)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 can blueberry pie filling

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. grease 9 x 13 pan
3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients adding egg last.( except pie filling)

4. Pour 1/2 batter into pan.
5. Spread pie filling over batter
6. pour remaining batter over pie filling.
Bake for 1 hour

My sil serves this as a kugel, but I think it's a cake

you say your sil uses this as a kugel does that mean its flat...or do you make in it a bundt....im just confused how this would be a kugel....

sh bakes it in a 9x13 pan and serves it in squares as kugel. I bake it the same way, but we really think its a cake. Its not flat, its like a piece of baked in that sort of a pan. I dont know how it would turn out in a bundt pan. If you try it let me know how it is.

thanks just my brother wont eat it if it looks like kugel! lol also if I put coffe cake crumbs on top does it go or not really?
