Hello Everyone,

My Belz grandmother of blessed memory, who raised me as a child, has a yahrzeit approaching and I am searching for Belz recipes, Shabbos minhag & z'miros in her honour. It means a great deal to me. This is a very, very special year.

Please, are there any Belzers or those of you close to Belz willing to share?

Can anyone direct me to resources?

No resources to share but wanted to bump your post and say this is a beautiful way to remember her and has given me a similar idea to honor my great grandparents.

You may want to change your title to be more specific, so more people will likely click on it.

Something like "Belz traditions and recipes needed" will get more Belz ima's to click on it and help you

Great suggestion!

How do I go about changing the title after starting the thread?

Rossel: Are there lacto fermented beet roots in there too?

Rossel is paprika fricassee, a dish originally created from all the chicken trimmings/giblets. Some people use wings.
Look up yermiya damen, a belz singer.
