Google the description of what you found. You're sure to find something that you like elsewhere, that actually has some sort of guarantee from customer service if something goes wrong.

I would not buy such a pricey item from zulily, especially if its not eligable for return. I'm sure you can find it elsewhere.

I'm the type that pays the extra $100 for protection rather than risk a full $400 in the garbage.

Get the Pottery Barn one. Do not buy something so expensive from Zulilly. Their return policy is not the best (I also don't like the fact they don't have product reviews on their website). I'd only buy something from them if it was inexpensive and I was familiar with the product. Pottery Barn all the way.

I just wanted to comment that I find Zulily is great for standing behind their products. I have frequently complained about things I've ordered on there and they almost always (except for maybe like 2 times) give me a refund or store credit, even though they don't officially accept returns.
