We will be spending shabbos with friends in Queens. We wanted to take our kids on some enjoyable trips on Sunday. Since we live a few hours away finding some things to do in Queens could be a fun change for everyone.
So far I’ve come up with-
The hall of science
Bowling
Pizza
Need some more ideas ...
My kids are between ages 7-14.

Why do you need more ideas? That sounds like plenty to fill up a Sunday! You can't literally pack every second with action. Hall of Science alone could fill most of a day (If you get there between 10-11 on Sunday, admission is free.)

I didn’t mention that some of my kids didn’t want to go bowling... I just knew that it was an option of things to do in Queens.
So I guess it’s just the hall of science... I hope it will be fun for my oldest too.
Thanks for the tip on the free admission!

Would the older one enjoy a look around Citi Field? Is DC a tennis fan?
Does anyone go to the botanical gardens?

Queens is really close to Manhattan on a Sunday. Like 15 min drive. And Brooklyn for that matter. You can do so much if your willing to drive 20 min

If you're willing to drive a bit, consider going out to Long Island to the Cradle of Aviation museum.
