I've been debating starting a business for some time and would love some feedback.
What kind of services or businesses is Lakewood missing?

I can't think of a specific lack, but Lakewood population is so huge that if you choose something that people need and you give good quality service you will sell. Regardless of how many people are doing/selling it.

In response to this answer there are gyms that have babysitting and also this new place called wings with mommy and me music .

A nice hair & wig salon. It’s my dream to open one. There is only 1 place in Lakewood (that I know of) that a women can go get her hair cut & dyed in a private room.
Most salons in Lakewood are only for wigs. Very few also do hair.
