My perfectly normal 4 year old who never displayed any sign of tics suddenly developed multiple tics within a week of getting his first flu shot. I found out later that the flu shot is the only vaccine that still has thimerosal in it. Of course we all know that the studies did not show any link between thimerosal and neurological changes. But just because no clinically significant link was found, doesn't mean that it's not possible it would have an effect in some people.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Conventional doctors will say it's "coincidental", but I am wondering if there are any specialists that anyone knows of who can help with this kind of thing?

You need to find practitioners in your area that deal with vaccine detox. Any doctor will tell you it's a coincidence, just like all those other millions of coincidences out there with similar stories, so good for you for trusting your mom gut.

Thimerisol is NOT in the single dose flu vaccine, only in the multi dose. I don't believe the multi dose is given to children. Just FYI. So please don't blame it on that.

See a pandas specialist asap. The quicker you take care of this the easier it is to really treat it. You want to get rid of it and it can linger when not dealt with appropriately immediately.

The pediatrician told me they use the multi-dose.

Any recommendations for a specialist?

What kind of practitioner deals with vaccine detox? How do I find one?

What did your pediatrician say? Why would you rule out any other causes?

I honestly wouldn’t think the cause of tics is from a flu shot.... sorry

I am a big believer in the flu shot but if it can cause Guillian Barre syndrome, why can't it cause other neurogical issues? Still, other possible causes must be ruled out and maybe a pediatric neurologist should evaluate the child.

The pediatrician said that tics are common at this age, but she said it's possible it was a result of the vaccination - there's no way to know.
The reason I feel so strongly it's from this vaccine is because the onset was so soon after the shot (it was his first flu shot ever) and the tics seem to be much stronger than typical transient tics (which he is probably pre-disposed to since one of my other children has had transient tics, but only one at a time). As of now, he has 4 different tics. He has not had any infections.

I had similar story with a different shot and it’s when I started reading through VAERS and cdc studies.
With the help from Hashem, I was successful with HK. She made some corrections and muscle tested which detox program would be good.
And of course all amothers here will say anything and everything is unrelated. Back in 1950 all physicians agreed that smoking cigarettes was good for ones health.
I convinced my pediatrician to do in practice study and comparison on his vaccinated versus non vaccinated patients and guess what? He changed all his policies since he did that study.
William Thompson, a scientist at the CDC, handed over his studies to Congress. Those studies proves all those links that people on here wish to deny. And congress did nothing. Why? Because The medical industry is as powerful as the NRA in Washington which is why there will be no change in laws with either one.

Please don’t post such blatant lies. And all those that liked her post just proved how gullible you guys are.

Bolded is false.
(for the record - the most anyone here has said was have you considered that it may not be cause and effect. Which is valid.. It may be. It may not be.)

Yes I actually read that article. Please find me where it says that all doctors agreed that cigarette smoking was good for ones health.

Health kinesiology
A big no no for this website. I’m a quack anyway because I believe that vaccines do more harm than good so it doesn’t matter.
I’m also a quack because I daven to Hashem to watch over my children and not let them catch any of the millions of the diseases out there that don’t even have a vaccine.
Health kinesiology can help with corrections and muscle testing.
Not be confused with energy testing.
