I have been struggling with heartburn and acid reflux during and after my pregnancies . Has made me feel sick , runny nose, headache, painful cough....
I’ve been trying to limit my intake of acidic foods... chocolate, spicy foods, garlic onions tomatoes, etc but it’s really hard since I cook and bake a lot with chocolate and onions/ garlic for dinner for kids and holidays . I’m nursing now so feeling these symtoms again and am so tired of “being sick”!!!!
Anyone experience this or have any natural ways of changing the acid level in my body???
