Any recipes for child friendly suppers?

My 3 year, lives on milk, cereal and bread.
Any ideas for nutritious suppers that she will actually eat without a fight?

home made chicken nuggets. yogurt with fruit. meatballs with pasta. mac and cheese. veggie sticks with chummus.
Really depends what it is about other foods she doesn't like...

Many picky toddlers love soups.

My toddler with feeding issues loved blended soups, egg drop soup, chicken soup.... For a long time I made a soup every day, even if it was soup mix with water olive oil and croutons
