I was at a party where they served 3 types of fried chicken from Mike's. Kids were nuts over it. I found these pics online but thats how it looks.

They taste like crunchy cookies with some chicken in it.

Who has recipes that mimics any of them?

Especially this crunchy syrupy tasting one

Those look like the chicken fingers I coat with whole corn flakes. Definitely popular when I host or bring along to parties. Kids who usually don't like chicken eat it beautifully and you can serve it with any dipping sauce.

Thanks for the info, Sebastian!

No, you cannot. It’s a tiny store. It’s really for takeout. It’s good to even eat in the car since it’s mostly finger food.

There is a recipe floating around the internet that says its imitation Mikes. I haven't tried it yet because my kids are the only kids in NJ who won't touch their stuff but we do like the meat sandwiches. Each of their flavors is distinct plus they have a bunch of different dipping sauces.

The pretzel chicken fingers in Dinner Done are also delicious - no idea how/if they compare to Mike’s, but great all the same!

First of all they’re opening a sit down place near seasons soon.

I read that one of the secrets is that the coating is a mix of corn flakes and Frosted Flakes.

We love it!

Here's a recipe that I got that-

1/2 c teriyaki sauce
1/2 c orange juice
Marinate chicken for 1 hr

Add to bag
2 c flour
1 Tb baking powder
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika

May be thick and need water

Coat in frosted flakes.

Fry
