This is my fave recipe! I know it by heart from maki g it so many times. You can skip the pecans. I never put them in
And I just load it up with whip cream when ready to serve instead of glaze

I put the batter in a ziplock bag and squeeze it out in circles around to fill. Then I dollop the cinnamon (I find that a bit hard). Then do the batter again- comes out like a pretty swirl.
Also never do the nuts.

You can also make a s'mores pie. Or lemon pie. Might be easier for you.

Coookie Dough pie:
1/4 C Butter/oil
1/3 C. Sugar
*cream then add
3/4 C. Flour stir in 1/3 C. Choc chips - I do less.
mix the cookie dough with defrosted 1.3 Liters vanilla ice cream
for the sauce: 8 oz choc chips & 1/2 C whip - melted together.
