My 15 year old has always struggled in school. And she soon has her upcoming exams.
One of her main problem with most subjects is she doesn't understand the written questions or what is asked of her. She is even struggling in math not because she can't do the math itself but because she doesn't understand what the questions are asking her to resolve.
The school is working to help her but that struggle is still there.
Is there any tips or easy way how she can overcome it or at least help her with it.

Have you ever had her evaluated to figure out where these weaknesses are stemming from? Based on what you wrote, she's struggling with reading comprehension. This can be based in a reading disorder. Or other areas.

Reading comprehension is often based on a language disorder. Get a speech therapist who specializes in language. 1/3 of learning problems are based on a language disorder.

Another vote for it sounds like a language disorder. Work on getting her language (speech) therapy.
In the meantime, find out if there's anyway to get her 1 on 1 testing where someone can make sure she understands the question before trying to answer it.
