I boil or bake it for 1.5-2 hours and its always pink inside. Is that raw? Should I cook it longer?

I do mine for 2 hours, it says it on the package. I don't think it should be raw after that.

I'm sure it's the brand. Nothing to do with being raw. If you like it, don't worry about the color.
