My husband and I are looking for new dining room chairs for our apartment. We live far from Lakewood and weren't so impressed with the place we visited in Brooklyn.
I like grey + vinyl + modern and comfortable!! Not firm
If anyone has recently purchased chairs they're happy with from one of the frum furniture stores in NY or Lakewood can you please send me links?

we bought similar chairs to those on amazon real junk - read the reviews. if u r looking for good quality long lasting solid chairs that go through regular sized families, you are better off in the jewish stores. I personally bought mine in lakewood jewish store 12 yrs ago, they are still in solid good condition

Why are you looking for a frum store specifically?

Exactly. G*yim also like comfortable quality furniture. I’d assume that there are good stores in your area. Are there outlet malls around? Look up which stores there are and then search for reviews on them. Call to ask if they have what you want.

not op but I find the stuff in the frum stores are more suited for a larger family with small children. For example, the chairs in the regular stores were more likely to be flimsy or covered in easily stained fabric. The prices weren't that different if you weren't looking for high end stuff.

The regular stores don't really carry modern styles.. I'm not looking for big, bulkier wood chairs, just cheaper vinyl/wipeable ones with modern/contemporary style..
I've seen some on random websites like Overstock, Houzz etc but I'm a little hesitant to order 8 chairs from a website if I can't try them out or ask friends about them..
I feel like these days enough people are buying from the frum stores so I can get a better review on their quality, comfort-ability, etc.
