My 12 year old really wants a family theme this year but I'd being picky we are a family of 6 3 girls and my baby is a boy all ideas welcome

I don't know your ages or if adults get dressed up, but here are some I've seen that are a little more tamed.
1. Starbucks: The adults and/or older children can just wear an apron then the smaller kids can be drinks.
2. US Post Service: Adults/Old Children can be mailmen and children can be letters and/or a mailbox.
3. UPS/Fedex: same idea as # 2 (can also be a box).
4. Zoo keeper and animals
5. Laundry.
6. "Box of sweets" or "Ice cream store" where the kids are dressed up as different candies/ice creams

Circus. Clown, ringmaster, gymnast, various animals.
Baseball. Ball players, cheerleaders, umpire, there are some mitt costumes and ball costumes.

Not op, but my daughter really really wants to be a zoo keeper. Haven't found such a costume, and being that I am really not creative, I have no idea how to create such a costume. Anyone can help me?

Look up on google images "zoo keeper" - you'll see pictures of safari-looking men in a big green hat and kind of green uniform. Give her a parrot on her shoulder, something like these:

I have the opposite. Boys and then a baby girl. I think my oldest will be a knight, next one a prince and baby a princess (tutu with a crown).

I did similar to this and was adorable. My boys were gardeners and baby a flower. I put our mishloach manos in burlap bags.

I did one year baker & sandwich cookie.
One was Firefighter & one was marshall ( dalmation dog character from paw patrol sitting in a firetruck)
Or you can do all their characters chase, marshall, sky, rocky..
