depends on hechsher. kitniyot / gebrachs.
the charedi stores , as far as I know are closed on pesach . you need to order food for the entire chag before. and I mean place an order and pick up or have delivered . you can't just walk in and ask to buy.

I don't think there's any pesachdik take out places. There are caterers you can order from. Also, I think osher ad - grocery store- has some stuff, like kegels and dips.
Lol autocorrect- I meant kUgels

Iyh I plan on going pesach with my family.
I have a smal pesach kitchen.
Plan on doing the cooking here, freezing, and bringing. I know a lot of people who have done that and it worked out well.
I also know people who don’t have a pesach kitchen, they kashered before purim their regular kitchen (meat side) and cooked for two full days. Then turned back to chometz.
In case you can’t define reliable take out..
I’m sure there would be though.
Hatzlocha!

Freeze potato kugel (them they become like overnight kugels)
Clean chickens
Meats can be cooked and frozen
Lukshen for the soup can be frozen
Baking - brownies, blondies (need a lot bec of trips)
I think I’m Going to fry cutlets for the ones I will put a sauce over.
I’ll clean cutlets so I can get fresh
Because both days this year have a shabbos, I only need two appetizers.will probably do pulled beef for one and chicken blintzes for another. Both freeze great.
For chicken soup I’m Debating if I should make chicken stock here and just add veggies there, or freeze bones in bags and cook over there. (Soups are heavy - and need a lot as my family loves chicken soup!)
People have told me they pack it in a box or insulated bag distributed throughout their luggage (just in case a suitcase gets lost) and everything comes solidly frozen.
Need other ideas - let me know

Thanks! Are you freezing the chicken ocne it is cooked? Can you share some of your recipes? I have cake recipes but am more concerned with the mains and the sides. Thanks again.
