Any ideas what to package homemade apple turnovers in? Giving 2 turnovers & something else that can be separate.

I would put it into something that it can be individually packaged portionwise to place in freezer. That way when you are ready to put together your mm it will be easier.

They sell in all the local housewares type stores these bakery style clear containers that the cover is attached. I think that would be perfect for it

Waxed envelope bags. Clear cellphone bags taped. Clear plastic square containers that look lke lucite. Freeze with any of these & place in a holder ,(with other stuff) of ypur choice
