He was so so happy with the ideas here- made two things for this week and will shop before future trips with this list in mind.
Made pepper steak and meat sauce/ chili today (he will heat up in the oven and roast potatoes)
Prepared salmon baggies in the freezer and will make linguine motzei, half as salad and half layered with cheese and veggies.
