These are the two desserts I have for Shabbos, but there is only enough of each for one meal. Which one should I serve tonight and which one tomorrow?

I'd do that with my kids but don't like to when we also have guests.

Fruit night - there is enough heavy food before bed. Lighten it up and wash it down with some yummy fresh fruit.
Cake in the morning. Because, um cake!
Yum!

I would say cake tonight and fruit tomorrow.
I don't like 'cold' things served at night (especially in winter). So I would do the cake (with tea) tonight and the fruit salad after lunch tomorrow - maybe with whatever cake is leftover, if there is any.
