I am looking for a good Mehadrin/Rubin meat and poultry provider that delivers to the Ramot/Givat Zeev area during the week before Pesach. Someone who speaks some English is a plus, especially if it comes with an understanding of what I need as an American trying to order Israeli cuts, but I can manage without. And about how far in advance do Pesach orders need to get placed?
