13/48 (where Bubbys was) is becoming a food store (I thought I saw food looking shelves),
13/51 (where flower shop was) is becoming a food store (Sesame).
Any other new stores coming to BP?
Now Payless 13/45 emptied out.
Looks like its banks and food stores that can pay BP rents.

Metro PCS on 13the Ave.
Yossi’s Bakery on 13th Ave (empty for quite a few months already).
Both closed down.
Looks like store owners can no longer afford 13th Ave. rent prices.

You forgot to mention Urgent Care Centers. They seem to be cropping up all over BP.

You only need to load up on more cash on the avenue & chap a coffee, lunch if there are other stores on the avenue & you are in mid of shopping.....lol

Yes but the "other" stores are disappearing by the day.
I loved stores, with a little bit of everything, where you can browse with no pressure, like Bob's 99 cent store was huge, and I cant remember why I liked it more than the current 99 cent stores, and Closeout's second floor, thats no longer open, that always had some nice surprises. Now BP really has no "browsing stores" with a little bit of everything (like Telco).
