ISO simple and easy recipe for salmon to feed a crowd of adults and children at a dairy meal. Obviously there will be other food, but we have some lactose intolerant individuals as well as those who are health conscious. Only restrictions are no dairy, no mayo, and not spicy hot. I'm also open to other types of fish if you have a really good recipe.

TIA!

Moroccan salmon- can use bell pepper, cilantro, tomatoes, chickpeas, lemon, green olive etc

Maple salmon

Simple lemon garlic salmon- with a creamy dill sauce, roasted red pepper sauce or pesto on the side ( or a choice of sauces)

I like to bake salmon at 300 for about 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the fish and thickness

Bake simply and then serve with teriyaki on top sprinkled with sesame seeds or with pesto on top and some pine nuts.

This is what I usually do:

mix equal amounts of soy sauce, brown sugar and orange juice.
marinate for half hour
sprinkle sesame seeds if interested

Make sure not to bake too long so that it stays nice and soft. Should be for around 20 min.

Some good ideas, thanks!

Would you use fillets or one big slab of fish (not sure what that's called)?

One piece makes for nicer presentation imo

This is really fun for a crowd since you can customize it to different tastes. https://www.kosher.com/recipe/.....almon-5473

Just drizzle with honey and teriyaki sauce, and spread it a little to combine them. Bake or broil.

But messier to serve. Personally I prefer fillets. A side is nice for buffets.

Cut salmon into cubes or stips. Then cover 1/3 with honey mustard,1/3 with pesto and the last 1/3rd with spicy mayo or French dressing. Bake 15-20 min. Arrange the 3 colors on the plate.
Easy and pretty.
