Its not about lying to one partner, its about going on a tv show (where you have to sign contracts and whatnot) and pretending to be someone you are not just to get famous. He lied to the women (who will probably need therapy for it so they can sue for emotional distress and fraud) and the entire world just to be on this show. And now he is getting another show. How can anyone trust him or believe anything he says at this point?

I think the article I read said that he knew he was gay since 6 so if that is the case then he definitely committed fraud by pretending the be straight just to get on the show.
"He ran from himself for a long time". So he knew he wasnt straight, why go onto a show where the women expect to get married afterwards?

Why should the show sue him?
They got their show and they are onto the next one.
If you look at the history of the bachelor maybe only one or two of them are still married so if you’re going on the show for marriage then you’re in the wrong place...
They go on for fame and all the contestants do too...
They all got it and are insta influencers so who exactly should sue?

I kind of feel like the gay storyline is an attempt to stay in the tv industry.

People do not become gay to get over other people.

He is gay. He didn't really understand that he was gay, so he dated women, albeit unsuccessfully, now he realizes he has been gay all along. The end.
