The frying pans stick like crazy.
What Am I doing wrong? I just bought this new expensive set and I can’t even use it
The pots are ok, the pans make the food stick to them. More oil didn’t help and I don’t want more oil in my food anyway.

It's a different way of cooking. To keep food from sticking to stainless steel, you have to get the pan very very hot before adding oil and food. It takes some practice to get it right, but now my food rarely sticks.

I too find it hard to fry In stainless steel
However, it is supposed to release from the pan once that side is properly crisp & ready.
Maybe try to wait a little longer before trying to flip/remove the food.
