I am quite sore these days from doing exercise recently after not doing for a long time BH. I want to continue doing it but my legs are so so sore. Any ideas of what I can do at home to work out which won't be very painful? Looking for a youtube video preferably.

I would be careful not to overdo it at this point. When I start exercising after a long break I feel the burn from session to session-with 3 or 4 days in between. But after 2 weeks or so I'm back to I'm generally ok.

If you are doing any kind of toning or strength training (I.e. weights) be sure to give yourself a day off before exercising the same muscles again. With the exception of abs, muscles should not be worked two days in a row. You should probably alternate upper body and lower body, etc.
