Which type of iron should I buy to flip back side bangs and straighten a piece of hair turning the wrong way?

My shaitel is straight. I have opted for no curls so I’m not looking for an iron to set in curls.

I am pinning back the side bangs but they aren’t staying. I think I need to set them with an iron.
